Pegasus mounting systems are built to last and backed by a 25-year limited product warranty. This page summarizes our warranty coverage and the separate InstaFlash Leakproof Guarantee. It is provided for convenience — the full written warranty document governs all claims.
25-year limited product warranty
Pegasus warrants that its racking and mounting products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for twenty-five (25) years from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions in the full warranty document.
- Covers the structural and mechanical integrity of Pegasus mounting components.
- Applies to products installed in accordance with Pegasus installation manuals and applicable codes, including the National Building Code of Canada and local requirements.
- Remedy is limited, at our option, to repair or replacement of the defective product.
InstaFlash Leakproof Guarantee
Eligible projects are also backed by the InstaFlash Leakproof Guarantee — up to $5,000 CAD per project against leak-related building damage. See the full details and qualifying conditions on our Leakproof Guarantee page.
Conditions
- The system must be designed in Glide and installed using the correct components and fastener quantities, within the specified installation temperature range.
- Products must be used with compatible modules and components as set out in Pegasus documentation.
- Proof of purchase and project documentation may be required to validate a claim.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, alteration, accident, abuse, normal wear, acts of nature beyond rated design loads, or use outside published specifications. It does not cover third-party modules, electrical components or labour unless expressly stated in the full warranty document.
How to make a claim
To start a warranty or guarantee claim, contact us with your project details, proof of purchase and photographs of the issue. Guarantee claims are submitted and tracked through the Glide platform.
